1. Shipping is $15 for all orders unless listed otherwise on the item. This is especially in the case of larger orders weighing >5kg. In the case of these orders, please reach out to us and we will notify or costs based on your order.
2. Pick up of orders is available from Denham Court, NSW. Please contact us to arrange this before purchasing items.
3. Once your order has been placed, we endeavour to have your items shipped to you within one to three (1-3) business days (Mon-Fri). If there are unexpected delays you will be contacted as soon as possible.
4. All customers will be provided with tracking information via email unless otherwise discussed
5. Express delivery will be shipped within one to two (1-2) business days. If there are unexpected delays you will be contacted as soon as possible.
6. We are shipping out of Sydney (AU); please be reasonable with the expected time of arrival, especially to those in regional locations.
7. Pokédon & Co. are not responsible for lost or delayed parcels by the courier
8. Signature on arrival and insurance is also possible; please email us to discuss further.

1. When checking out, you will have two options for payment.
2. To show our safety and security, we are linked with PayPal as a form of payment. All details entered when checking out will not be shared with ourselves or any other third party providers
3. We also offer Credit Card as a payment option. This has all been linked through 'Square' which is another safe and secure payment. We accept all major credit cards.
4. If there are any issues with the payment options, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to accomodate to the best of our abilities.

1. The cancellation of any order is accepted provided that the order has not already been shipped. We reserve the right to issue a full refund on cancellations if your order has been shipped.
2. Please send an email to use requesting a cancellation and we will endeavour to have this to you within two (2) business days.
3. If your order has been shipped and you request a cancellation, this can not be issued until the item has been returned in its original state (all seals in tact, product not damaged, product not opened). Return shipping will be at your cost and not of the cost of Pokédon & Co.
4. Pokédon & Co. take pride in provided top standard products to our customers. If there are issues with an order received please contact us immediately and we will try and rectify the issue. We expect to have our goods returned within seven (7) days of receiving them; all goods must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Refunds are void if you cannot return the items within seven (7) days
5. We will no issue a refund if you 'change your mind' about a product
